Browser slow at first and then speeds up later...

Hi! I still am having a problem with my browser being
super slow when I restart my computer. A few hours later
the browser speeds up to normal. But when I restart.. it
starts all over again? Does anyone know the answer to this
problem... thanks!

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
