browser problem

Muneer Khan

My browser does not accept any address. As soon as an
address is entered, I get a message stating that the web
page cannot be found. I am assuming that some files might
have gotten damaged, as I removed a virus before the
problem occured. I haved tried the repair function, and
tried reinstalling, neither have worked. please help
 
HOSTS file problem?
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
