Browser issues

Ever since I downloaded IE6 i have had problems with my
broswer.

Everytime I set the start up page as something other than
MSN after I shut down the page starts up on MSN again.

I have problems at websites I go to where things added in
the last day or so don't come up until I hit the refresh
button.

Does anyone know how to clear the broswer cache?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
