Browser IP?

I have 2 LAN Cards. One is assigned an IP Address by a DHCP Server and
another is 192.168.0.1.

At times my browser ip is set to 192.168.0.1 and at times it is set to
127.0.0.1.

How is this Browser IP changed?Is there any way i can permanently set it to
192.168.0.1 ??

your should not use 192.168.0.1 for any machine, other
then a gateway or router.

Goto TCP/IP/Properties settings and set your machine to
automatically get an IP address.

I am assuming you have a router running the dhcp server.

This machine has Internet Connection Sharing Enabled. So it has been
assigned the IP 192.168.0.1 automatically
