Browser help

Strangest thing, and I cannot figure it out. Any help is
appreciated. This started yesterday, aparently out of the
blue clear sky. When I go to open a second browser, it
closes the first browser. No possible way to have two
browsers open at the same time right now.

However, I am able to open multiple instances
of 'Explorer' (Not Iexplorer) and browse the Internet from
within 'Explorer'. Just cannot open multiple instances of
Iexplorer.

Appreciate the response.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
