Browser/ E-Mail Problem

What is the problem with my Browser and E-mail? I am getting a
connection to my ISP and this has been confirmed with the ISP and they
walked me through some stuff to try to clear up the problem but they
had no effect. I've since discovered that other users on the computer
have no problem Browsing or E-Mailing. My Internet Settings seem to be
the same as the other users but Web pages still won't display. I
installed the latest upgrade to XP and turned off the firewall but to
no avail.

Is there something I'm missing, what can I do to fix this?

What kind of error(s) do you get when you can't get to a page or check
e-mail? What programs are you using?
