Browser doesn't maximize to full size

I have IE 6.0 and now when I maximize a window it only
fills 2/3 of the page. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
 
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
