Hey guys, just wondering if I could get some help here.
We have a client whose internet explorer is really messed
up. You can't type anything in text boxes, at search
engines or anything. you can use the google toolbar to
search, but when you click on the links it says the page
can't be displayed. than if you try it in another browser
(Mozilla Firefox) everything works fine. He also has
problems with his outlook express, he is getting the error
message of "msinn" than his outlook express closes. Is
there a way you can just re-install internext explorer and
out look express? Or should we do a repair with the
windows cd? Any help would be great.

See this link for some possible help on fixing the problem:

It is also possible you may have parasites, spyware, adware or
malware on your system causing the problem. Download,
install, update the programs to be sure they have the latest
definitions, then run the programs below. They are free and
very effective.Be sure to run both SpyBot and Adaware, as
what one does not detect the other may. It is important that
you follow all directions carefully:

SpyBot Search & Destroy: Free
