Browser Audio Issues

Ever since I installed Vista (32-bit Ultimate), the audio on embedded videos
in browsers, both Firefox and IE, has been messed up. Specifically, all
treble seems to have cut out, and I only hear bass. Very strange. I never
had this issue with Windows XP. Any thoughts?

I'm surprised you get *any* embedded Windows Media audio/video in
Firefox.
