browser attacked

I was surfing the web and suddenly I got to a page that I
could not get out of.. pop ups were coming like
crazy.next thing I know ive got this extra toolbar on my
browser that has links to gambling, credit card, porn,
pop up blocker,etc. and in my favorites folder there are
four new folders filled with shortcuts.the folders are
named Gambling,Hot links,I-lookup favorites,& messenger
links. when I delete them they come back every time I
start my browser. Also my home page is changed to I-
lookup.com and when I try to change that it only works
untill I close the browser,then when I re open the
browser the home page is changed back..Ive had stuff like
this happen in the past and normally I can delete
everything but this time is different.I checked my
computer for all files that were created at the time this
occured and deleted many (such as icons that were created
for the desktop)but there is one file called bi.dll in
the windows folder that was created at the exact time all
this occured and when I try to delete it it says access
is denied the disk is write protected or the file is in
use.Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

This is the most excellent website and all of you people
are wonderful!!! I downloaded Spy- bot and all problems
are now gone!!

That's good news Glen, keep Spybot updated and run regularly. Hopefully you
won't have any more problems with spyware, parasites etc.
