Yes...someone is *always* up. These are open public forums and are generally
"manned" by individuals who include common everyday PC users such as
yourself. There are also MVP's, occasional MSFT personnel, and others who
show up as the mood strikes them. Lotsa "Night Owls" too. So it's 24/7. <BG>
