broswer does not close

any convential attempt to close the browser is
unsuccessful (i.e. click the "x" or right-clikc and
selecting "close". the only way to close it is to do a
Ctrl+Alt+Del and then go through the program not
responding dialogue.
also, i don't if its related, but the "Tab" key no longer
works to skip between fields.
any ideas?

I have the exact same problem as Steve. It started over
the weekend. I also seem to have trouble logging into
secure websites. If anyone knows what's going on, please
help!

Your problem is probably caused by spyware/parasites. Work through the
