IE kiosk mode - lockdown possible?

I've read about being able to run IE in kiosk mode, but Alt+F4 still
closes the browser, and Alt+Tab, Ctrl+Alt+Del still works, etc. I want
the browser to be the ONLY thing allowed to run, I want no combination
keys to enable access to other parts of windows, and also, I want the
users to only visit one domain - for example, the user could only
browse pages on google.com. Any ideas?
