Hi my Name is Dustin and i recently had an accident, ok, I have 2 USB plugs
and the plug that worked broke, I'm trying to get the other USB plug to work
so i can use my camera, is there any way i can get it to work? is there
something i have to do to get it working? like enable it or somthing?
PLEASE HELP!!!

Im not really sure, i baught it from a company called Computer Renisanse...i
spelled that wrong...

Simple: Since cables come complete with plugs, buy a new USB cable.

Dustin, I am assuming that you really mean the USB ports located on the
computer and not the plugs that come on the end of cables that "plug" into
the ports on the computer and device.

If so, simply purchase a new USB PCI card and install it following the
directions included with the device. Should cost between $15 and $30 and
you will have between 2 and 4 new USB 2.0 ports. If this is a laptop you
have more problems. One workaround is to purchase a PCMCIA (PCCard) powered
USB card to plug into the PCMCIA port on the computer. Cost about $30.00.
