I have a 2000 server whose primary application is SQL 7.0.
This server is the DC of it's own domain and is the only
server on this domain.
I need to bring this server into a different domain as a
member server.
What is the process for doing this?
The server will also get a different name.

Pretty sure that renaming the server will break the SQL server. You might
want to just backup the DB's, recut the machine, restore the DB's. But ask
them in sqlserver.server
