Briefcase

Where can I find information on the briefcase folder. What is its purpose?
How does it function and how can I transfer briefcase files to other
computers - from desk top to note book via fire wire, - when a briefcase
icon does not show on the laptop. No instruction book I looked in mentions
briefcase or new briefcase. Help would be very much appreciated.

My Briefcase" is missing!

In C:\WINDOWS\system32, look for a file named "syncapp.exe" and double click
it.
(If you can't find it, use "Search").
The 'My Briefcase' icon will appear on your desktop.
When you double click on this, full instructions on how to proceed will be
displayed

To use it or find out more:

Go to Help and Support on your computer

Type in briefcase



It will bring up a listing including Overviews, Articles and Tutorials.
