Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 domain with Windows XP Pro SP2 clients.
One of my clients is claiming his 'Briefcase' randomly disappears and is not
aware of a pattern when this happens. For example, he will create a new
Briefcase and after a reboot, it will disappear from the Desktop (shortcut) &
from windows explorer.

Is this a known issue?

Please assist.

I can't believe there's any out there that doesn't delete this shitty
utility from day one!
