Using briefcase to sync files on two computers

Hi,

I am trying to sync a specific folder tree on my work & home computer. I
have created a briefcase on my USB drive and can use that to sync the USB
drive to my work computer. The problem is when I bring it home and try and
Sync I get a message that the files are unavailable (As they are on my work
HDD).

Is there an easy way to get the files from my briefcase (on USB) onto my
home computer?

Are there any limitations of the briefcase? Max folder size, number of
files?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Instead of Briefcase, download, install and set up
synchronization templates using SyncToy from Microsoft.
