I cannot find Briefcase in my Windows XP Home Edition.
Is this because Briefcase doesn't come with this version
of XP or must I install it separately?
Thanks

I have done all of that. My point is that when I follow
these instructions, there is no Briefcase option.

My Briefcase" is missing!

In C:\WINDOWS\system32, look for a file named "syncapp.exe" and double click
it.
(If you can't find it, use "Search").
The 'My Briefcase' icon will appear on your desktop.
When you double click on this, full instructions on how to proceed will be
displayed
