Breaking up messages

A few weeks ago I was trying to email a video and the system prompted me to
break up messages over a certain size to help them send. Now I can't find
the option to undo that and when I try and send 1 picture it breaks it up
into 28 messags. Can someone help please?
 
OE, Tools menu, Accounts, Mail tab, highlight account, Properties button,
Advanced tab, see break apart option checkbox.
