break times on pc

hi to all
can you help with this little problem?
have had xp for some time when i got it i did the tours
on it and heard about good little task program that you
could set a time limit to be on the pc and the pc
reminder you to take a break
but do you think i can find it now, if there is one at all
in xp
can some please tell me if there is one or not? been hours
looking my eyes hanging out a break
