box sent mails

I can read all incoming mails en I can send mails but I cannot open the box
to read them or to have a survey.

I tried serveral times but in vain. Can somebody help me - Thanks

Try double click on a message to open it.

Or go to the view menu>layout>enable 'preview pane'.
