Borders/Background missing from IE 6.0

Borders and backgrounds are missing now from my webpages.
Does anyone know how to fix this setting? I don't know
how it got like this.

I too am having this trouble, only the fonts also appear
HUGE if I don't override it in the accessibility
options. Someone, anyone, please help!!!
