Border is formatted but not showing or printing

Please help...

I have a border running around a form, but there is one cell that wil
not hold the format (border).

When I look at the cell in format (border) the border is set (on th
right side) but it does not show on the form itself nor will it print.

Any ideas
 
Thanks for the help, but I found out what happened...

There was text to the left (about 5 coulmns over) that had spaces a
the end which overlapped the border causing it to not show
