Bootup wallpaper or background screen changes??

Very trivial need, however, if former users tweeked the
bootup background screens to display inappropriate
material, it can be offensive to new users. I used to know
how to do this, but, have purged this knowledge. How do
you change the screens or wallpaper that displays during
the bootup process using Windows 2000 on an NT network?

Any help would be appreciated!

They may have the winnt.bmp or winnt32.bmp for another by renaming it. You have
another original in i386 folder of Service Packs most probably, or you may
prefer some other, but it needs to be the same size as default, I believe.
