Bootup problem

I got Win2K Professional and got a bootup problem recently.
After I bootup into windows startup screen, there was black screen has
message:
STOP: ....
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
***** Address ED2D94A2 base at ED2D8000, DateStamp 417fc3ea - avg7rsnt.sys
Beginning dump of physical memory

It seems you have a problem with AVG. Press F8 during the early
boot phase, boot into Safe Mode, then uninstall AVG.
