I've downloaded "BootIt_NextGeneration" (a boot manager)
from the net..It offers a free trial for 30 days.. I have
formatted the file system for a dual boot in my PC using
that.. Now I'm afraid-- whats going to happen after the
30days trial period is over??? Will my system become
unbootable or a dead one??? Or will it keep functioning
normally like its doing now??? Please suggest...

No.

Yes. You won't be able to make additional changes with BootIT NG,
but whatever you've done will continue to work.

Buy it if you're using it or else stop using it before the 30 days is up

No it's not system resident. It wont affect you after the 30 days.

It will not affect the work you have done *at all*. But if you do not
intend to pay up, if you installed it (which is not necessary for
partition work), boot the floppy again and use the Uninstall. Then
format the floppy to remove temptation
