Booting up with the toolbar(s) I want

When I boot up, I always get the "language" toolbar displayed at the bottom
of the screen. I have to right-click the general area at the bottom of the
screen, select the "toolbars" sub-menu, and disable the "langage bar"
checkmark to get rid of it.

Is there someplace where I can change some setting that will tell Windows
not to start up with that language bar?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Open Control Panel and select Regional and Language Options/Languages Tab/Details Button/Advanced Tab. Place a check mark in the "Turn off advanced text services" option.
