My pc will not open. It begins its normal loading process
then goes black instead of to the Welcome screen. You
then hear a loud click (almost like the modem is shutting
off) and it begins the process again. There is a quick
flash of a blue screen where I can see something about
physical memory. How do I get on to fix this or do I have
to bring it to a technician?
