booting loop

Computer is stuck in a boot loop. It makes it to the 2000
screen, then starts rebooting. Have not updated or down
loaded anything. Any ideas??????

Hi brian,

Try this
Restart to Safe Mode
(tap F8 key as you are posting)
choose Safe Mode
Start
Settings
Control Panel
System
Advanced tab
Startup and Recovery
uncheck "Automatically rebo..."
Now restart and write down the BSOD information
Post it here and someone can help you

I tried this for the boot looping problem I am
encountering and it does not give me any bsod messages, it
just continues to loop. Any other suggestions?
