How can I create a bootable startup CD or Flashcard? My PC
doesn't have a floppy drive.

Your Windows XP CD is bootable and contains all the tools you need to repair
a Windows XP installation.

I'm ASSuming you have Windows XP since you're posting to the
XP.basics newsgroup. That being the case, you would simply use
your Windows XP CD as your boot disk.
