I don't know about Ghost but similar products offer an
option to create a boot floppy disk or alternatively a
boot CD.
The alternative is to take your floppy boot disk to a
machine with a FDD and a CD burner, then to burn a
bootable CD. Every burner software I know has this
option.
What burning software do you have? This can easily be done using Nero, I did
exactly that because my laptop does not have a 3 1/2" floppy. In Nero under
the New Compilation screen select CD-ROM (boot) . Copy all the files from
the floppy to the compilation window. Click on the burn icon and on the Boot
tab point it to your floppy and click burn.
