Boot to RAM from CF

with the instruction from this page
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnxpesp1/html/ram_sdi.asp, I am able to boot the sdi from linux
server, I am also able to boot up XPE on my target device using Flash Disk,
but I really want to my system is bootup into RAM using the sdi file on
Flash disk.
Is it possible?
From the paper, it seems it's doable, but I know how.

If you know how to boot from CF up to ntldr. and boot.ini usage phase then
your task is easy.

Just follow these links:
Look for /rdpath and /rdimageoffset parameters.
