Boot Times

Have seen a number of complaints about boot times. Are all of you aware of
the fact that by default, Vista uses only one core in a dual core system to
boot? I learned this from a techie friend, who changed both my desktop and
laptop so that they both now use both cores during boot. (Yes, they use both
cores once they've booted, but not during boot.) So if you are unhappy with
your boot time, find out how to make that change.

No, sorry, I can't tell you how, but someone out there must know!

Way to spread more silly misinformation about Vista.
What you posted is pure "myth" and not true.

OK, well if that's the case I will go back to the source and talk to that
individual. He is working for a company and I think they would like to know
that he is spreading information that is not true. Will investigate this
further and report back.
