boot-time problem

When I connect to Internet and then restart my computer
some of its services load after about one minute and it's
a terrible issue for me,first I could solve this problem
with deleting *.log files,but now this way doesn't
response.
If you have any experiences about it,please tell me.

Why do you connect to the Internet and restart your PC???

That doesn't make any sense. You log off first and then
shutdown your system. No wonder you're having problems.
