Boot / Start Up Problems

When booting up to XP, the screen with the progress bar.
After that completes, my computer restarts, this happens
a few times then I'm able to startup in to windows. Any
suggestions?

After your PC completes it's BIOS tests, Press F8 to start
Windows in safe mode. This omits all of the custom hardware
drivers unique to your machine. It also does not load any of
the normal startup apps/services. If you can successfully get
a "Safe" mode boot, then either a driver or application is not
starting correctly and causing the restarts. It will take some
detective work to figure out the cause. However, it usually is
the last driver or application installed or updated before the
problem started happening.
