boot problem

xp pro just reboots and never gets into windows even for
a login. I tried rebuilding the boot.ini file and that
doesn't work. It is also a fresh install. It worked for
a few months before this happened. Any suggestions would
be great.

Has all software installed since re-installing windows been XP compatable?
What changes have you made?
Try booting from the CD and do a repair install.
