boot problem

after downloading an iso file and burning it to cd i went to explore contents
of disc and was given an error message from 'tea-timer'(spybot-search and
destroy)of which i cant remember but was about the disc not being inserted so
i cancelled the operation and had to restart the computer.....but when i did
i keep on getting a bootmessage saying install system disc and hit any key to
continue which i did
when i restart the puter i can hear a distint clicking sound coming from the
cd drive and keep on getting the same message
i have run system restores ...... virus scans(kaspersky).....reg issue scans
all to no avail please help

Does the computer start when you pull the CD out of the drive? It's
probably not a bootable CD.
