boot problem with newest Transcend CF x80

Hello,
I found that recent release of Transcend x80 256Mb CF can't boot XPE..
Transcend confirm, that they changed internal controller, added DMA-2 mode,
but we need to find way, how to make it bootable now.
We did about 100 systems with their previous CFs without any problem and now
we can't use them anymore.
During boot time, cursor just staying in the left top corner..
Fdisk, Bootprep acts normaly on such CF
any ideas, what could be a problem?
