Boot Manager

Hello

I am looking for a boot manager that will let me enter the boot
selection screen only after the press of a certain hotkey at bootup and
will let me customize the text that appears for each boot menu option.

i.e

1. Boot into Windows XP
2. Boot into Recovery Partition

Does anyone know of any products which can do this?

XOSL. If you don't press cursor up/down within x seconds
then it will boot into the default system.

I'll second that. I have been using System Commander for about 5-6 years
now. Great product.
