Boot ini

Hi All
I just got through doing a fresh clean install of windows XP Pro, just about
everything went great.
This is the first time this has ever happend to me.
When i go to MSCONFIG, the BOOT INI. tab is missing.
How can i get this back in there without reinstalling the whole setup.?

Check for a hidden system file in root of C:
Only Administrators, Power USers and System (of course) have read access.
