Boot error

Hey there,
I have a BSOD when:
I transfer a USB drive with XP installed on it to another computer.
But when I plug it back in to the original install computer its fine.
0x0000007B (0xBACCF524,0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
I did have:
0x0000007B (0xF78AA524,0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
but got around that.
Is there any way to do what I want it do meaning:
Go from any computer to another without modification?
