boot error

I need help and fast. My computer can load windows 2000.
It keeps getting stuck at the bigining and displays a blue
screen saying;

STOP: 0X0000007B (0X81458250, 0XC0000006, 0X00000000,
0X00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

I'd like some help on this. What can I do? What seems to
be the problem? Can anyone help me? What else do you need
to know to be able to help me? Please some one help. I'm a
little desperate.

Did you change the HardDriveController ?
Or the motherboard ?
Changed anything else ?
