boot error message

My sister uninstalled Kazaa and removed Kazaa registry
entries using RegCleaner. Now, after windows XP boots,
the error message "c:\winnt\system32\msiefr40.dll not
found" appears. Windows starts okay, but the message
continues to annoy.

I had her do a system restore to a point before the
registry fiddling, but error message still appears.

Anyone out there had experience with this? Ms knowledge
base has no article about the file or the error message.

Any help appreciated!

msconfig startup find the entry and its location

go there and delete the entry.
