Everytime i boot up my system, it gives me the message:
error loading c:\WINDOWS\system32\msiefr40.dll the
specified module could not be found. What can i do to fix
this problem?

That DLL is for the Microsoft Internet Explorer French language.
Have you recently installed the French language module?
