Is it possible to load Bookworm onto my ipad from a Bookworm CD.

I don't know of a way that you can put it on your iPad from a CD I'm afraid, and as far as I can see the developer has not released that game for iOS. Here is a link to games from that developer, and as you can see Bookworm is not on there:
