Linked Slide always returning to first slide

I am producing a linked show in PP2003 on my XP Home system. I think I
have followed the Microsoft instructions to the letter but even
though I tick the box 'show and return' in the 'Action Settings' it
always returns me to the first slide of the presentation rather than
the slide that the link came from. I have had this problem before and
some kind person gave me the answer on here but I cannot remember what
it was.

Hi Bookworm,

If I understadn what you are trying to do correctly, try the setting to go
to *Last Slide Viewed*.
