Bookmarks and Hyperlinks in TabletPC XP Windows Journal

How do you create and store a bookmark or hyperlink in
TabletPC XP Windows Journal? use multiple pages to write
data and want to set up a "Jump diirectory" on each page
to allow me to move to pre-specified locations throughout
the document.
