bookmarking a cd

On the creative dvd playing program, there is and option
which allows a person to bookmark the spot on the dvd
where you left off if you want to exit the program
temporaraly. I am listening to a book on cd and I want to
book mark where I left off when I want to exit. Is there
such an option? If so, how do I access it? I know you'll
be able to help me.

Car CD players, as well as many portable players will remember the track
position and resume in the same spot. Surely there are software players that
will do the same, you will just have to search for one. Try
