Are you using Word as your mail editor?

Hi Craig,

Follow the steps below to check the Fonts settings:

1. In Outlook 2003, click the Tools menu > Options.
2. In the Mail Format tab, click Fonts.
3. In the field "when composing a new message", click Choose Font. Make sure that the font style is set as Regular (not Bold). Click
OK, OK, OK.
4. Create a new email. What is the result?

In case that it doesn't work, don't useWord as email editor and test the issue again.

If anything is unclear or if you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Emily Lin
